To provide a device for measuring the internal pressure of a tire and a method for measuring the internal pressure of a tire which can increase the accuracy of measuring the internal pressure of a tire from the outside of the tire.SOLUTION: The device for measuring the internal pressure of a tire according to the present invention includes: a first measurement unit for measuring the ground width in the direction of a tire of the tire when the tire is located on the first measurement unit; and a second measurement unit for measuring the load applied from the tire when the tire is located on the second measurement unit.
