To facilitate traffic by suppressing charging waiting time of each vehicle in the entire area in a situation in which many electric automobiles share a public power feeding spot to perform charging.SOLUTION: When charged with electricity in a first power feeding spot 61(A) which is provided within an inhibition area and has an external power source, an electric vehicle receives, from servers 51, 52, congestion information of a plurality of the power feeding spots 61(A) provided within the inhibition area and a second power feeding spot 61(B) existing between a destination on a scheduled travel route and the inhibition area. Then, in the cases that congestion degrees of the plurality of power feeding spots 61(A) provided within the inhibition area is a first prescribed value or more and that a congestion degree of the second power feeding spot 61(B) is less than a second prescribed value, the electric vehicle performs control so as to stop the electricity charge when a charge amount of a secondary battery 12 becomes a target charge amount where the target charge amount is an electric power amount required to reach the second power feeding spot 61(B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】多数の電気自動車が公共の給電スポットを共有して充電を行う状況において、エリア全体での各車両の充電待ち時間を抑制し交通の円滑化を図る。【解決手段】禁止区域内に設けられ外部電源を有する第一給電スポット61(A)において充電されている際に、サーバ51,52から、禁止区域内に設けられた複数の給電スポット61(A)、及び予定走行ルート上における目的地と禁止区域との間にある第二給電スポット61(B)の混雑情報を受信し、禁止区域内に設けられた複数の給電スポット61(A)の混雑度が第一所定値以上であって、第二給電スポット61(B)の混雑度が第二所定値未満である場合には、第二給電スポット61(B)まで到達するために必要な電力量を目標充電量とし、二次電池12の充電量が目標充電量となると充電を停止するように制御する。【選択図】図1
