To make it possible to construct a communication area without being limited to an area where communication with a fixed base station is possible.SOLUTION: An installation location determination method is for determining a location where a flying object charging device 1 is installed that has charging means for charging a battery of a flying object 2 that relays communication and is executed by a computer. The installation location determination method includes an area information acquisition step of acquiring area information that indicates the range of a communication area which is constructed by the flying object 2 and where a wireless communication service can be used, and a determination step of determining the installation location of the flying object charging device 1 based on the area information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
