To provide a vehicle interior material reinforcement sheet, which enables a vehicle interior material having uniform rigidity to be manufactured and is made of environmentally friendly material, and also to provide a vehicle interior material having the reinforcement sheet.SOLUTION: A vehicle interior material reinforcement sheet includes natural fibers, high rigidity fibers, and vinylon binder fibers and contains 9 to 30 mass% of the vinylon binder fibers with respect to the whole fiber. The reinforcement sheet is adhered to at least one surface of a sheet material of a vehicle interior material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
