To provide a wind direction adjusting device that can be miniaturized and stabilize a wind direction adjusting function.SOLUTION: A wind direction adjusting device 1 comprises: a casing 3, inside which a ventilation flue 9 for flowing air is formed; an adjustment member 5 movably arranged on the ventilation flue 9 and adjusting a blowing direction of air flowing through the ventilation flue 9 by rotation; and a rectification member 7 movably arranged on an upper stream side of the ventilation flue 9 than the adjustment member 5, and adjusting the blowing direction of the air flowing through the ventilation flue 9 in a direction opposite to the adjustment member 5 by rotation, when the adjustment member 5 rotates. At least one part of the rectification member 7 is arranged inside a rotation trajectory 39 drawn by an end 21 positioned on an outermost side of the adjustment member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
