To enable simultaneous processing of homogeneous, heterogeneous products in electrolytic polishing treatment.SOLUTION: An overhead crane carries a product to be processed by suspending two chains from a moving carriage that travels on a circular or straight roof rail. The two chains are positioned in front of and behind the roof rail in the direction of the roof rail from which they are suspended from the moving carriage. A suspended basket is suspended from the two chains. The moving carriage is controlled to move back and forth by movement control means. The suspended basket is equipped with a main anode and a main cathode, and a positive branch electrode from the main anode is connected to the product to be processed stored in the suspended basket, and a negative branch electrode from the main cathode extends into the electrolyte in the vicinity of the product to be processed. The suspended basket can accommodate multiple products to be polished, regardless of homogeneous or heterogeneous products, and each product to be polished is accommodated in a position-holding frame further provided in the suspended basket.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】電解研磨処理において、同種、異種の多数の被処理物を一度に処理することができる。【解決手段】前記天井クレーンは、環状または直線状に張り渡された天井レール上を移動する移動台車から2本のチェーンを吊下して被処理物を運搬する。前記2本のチェーンは、前記移動台車から吊下げられた天井レール方向の前後に配置される。前記吊りかごは、前記2本のチェーンに吊下げられる。前記移動台車は、移動制御手段で前後の移動が制御される。前記吊りかごには、主陽極と主負極を配設し、前記主陽極から正の枝電極が当該吊りかごに収納された被処理物に接続され、また、主負極から負の枝電極が前記被処理物の近傍の電解液中に張り出される。当該吊りかごは、同種、異種にかかわらず複数の研磨被処理物を収容でき、各研磨被処理物は当該吊りかごの中にさらに設けられた位置保持枠内に収められる。【選択図】図2
