To provide a technique in which a ringing time of a railroad crossing is shortened and power consumption in a train operation is reduced when the train operation is disrupted.SOLUTION: A deterrence time calculation device is configured to: calculate a first non-deteriorating time range, which is a time range of deterrence where a first overlapping time when a ringing-scheduled period delayed when a departure of a deterrence target train is deterred overlaps a ringing-scheduled period of another train, does not decrease than that before the deterrence when a train diagram is disrupted; calculate a second non-deteriorating time range, which is a time range of deterrence where a second overlapping time, when a powering-scheduled period delayed when the departure of the deterrence target train is deterred overlaps a braking-scheduled period of the other train, does not decrease than that before the deterrence; and determine the deterrence time of the deterrence target train within a candidate range of deterrence time, which is a common range between the first non-deteriorating time range and the second non-deteriorating time range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】列車運行に乱れが生じた場合に、踏切の鳴動時間の短縮や列車運行にかかる消費電力量の削減を図る技術の提供。【解決手段】ダイヤ乱れ時に、抑止対象列車の発車を抑止した場合に繰り下がる鳴動予定期間が他の列車の鳴動予定期間と重複する第1重複時間が抑止前より減少しない抑止の時間範囲である第1非悪化時間範囲を算出し、抑止対象列車の発車を抑止した場合に繰り下がる力行予定期間が他の列車のブレーキ予定期間と重複する第2重複時間が抑止前より減少しない抑止の時間範囲である第2非悪化時間範囲を算出し、第1非悪化時間範囲と第2非悪化時間範囲との共通範囲である抑止時間候補範囲内に抑止対象列車の抑止時間を決定する。【選択図】図9
