To correctly evaluate driving approximately in real time in a situation that a driver is actually performing the driving.SOLUTION: As a reference of a vehicle travel speed, a plurality of speed ranges α1-α4 each having a predetermined width are allocated and based on results of comparing an actual speed of a vehicle subjected to evaluation with each of the plurality of speed ranges, the number of times of wave-like variations of the actual speed is counted in S13-S15 for each speed range. The driving evaluation is reflected with the counted number of times of the wave-like variations, and a driver is notified of a result of the driving evaluation. A determination is started after it is detected that a state where the actual speed is in one speed range continues for a predetermined time (TA) and in a case where the actual speed returns to the same speed range within a predetermined time (TB) after the actual speed is out of the speed range, it is counted as wave-like driving. A result of analyzing performance data is utilized to instruct a route change so as to operate while avoiding a road where the wave-like driving is easy to occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】運転者が実際に運転を行っている状況でほぼリアルタイムで正しい運転評価を可能にすること。【解決手段】車両走行速度の基準として、それぞれが所定の幅を有する複数の速度域α1~α4を割り当て、評価対象の車両の実速度と前記複数の速度域のそれぞれとの比較結果に基づき、前記実速度の波状変動回数をS13~S15で前記速度域毎に計数し、計数した前記波状変動回数を運転評価に反映し、前記運転評価の結果を運転者に通知する。実車速が1つの速度域内にある状態が所定時間(TA)継続することを検知した後で判定を開始し、実速度が前記速度域を外れてから所定時間(TB)以内に同じ速度域に戻った場合に波状運転としてカウントする。実績データを分析した結果を利用して、波状運転が生じやすい道路を避けて運行するようにルート変更を指示する。【選択図】図2
