To eliminate static electricity from a vehicle, which is owned by a user, by using a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A vehicular static eliminator 30 comprises: a flannel fabric 31 which indirectly contacts a back frame 21B mounted on a body 10 of a vehicle 100 and has zero triboelectric potential; and a PTFE sheet 32 which is layered on the flannel fabric 31 so as to frictionally slide therewith and which is charged with negative static electricity generated by sliding friction with the flannel fabric 31. Thereby, the vehicular static eliminator neutralizes and eliminates positive static electricity charged on the body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
