To provide a technology of achieving strong fastening of a vehicle component, which is attached to a vehicle body, and diminishing a stress imposed by a fastening part.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 1 of a vehicle component P fastens the vehicle component P to a vehicle body B using a fastening member C. The fastening structure 1 of the vehicle component P includes a constitutional surface 12, and a seat part 11 that projects toward the side of the vehicle body B from the constitutional surface 12. The seat part 11 includes an attachment surface 111 which is opposed to the vehicle body B and to which the fastening member C can be attached, and side walls 113 that extend in a direction intersecting the attachment surface 111 and are connected to the constitutional surface 12.
