To provide a duct structure which enables improvement of seal performance in a connection portion between a first duct member formed of non-woven fabric and a second duct member different from the first duct member.SOLUTION: Cooling air for cooling a battery module 11 mounted on a vehicle V circulates in an air intake duct 13. The air intake duct 13 includes: a downstream side duct member 40 formed of non-woven fabric; an upstream side duct member 30 in which an end 35 is inserted into the downstream side duct member 40 to be connected therewith; and a seal member 50 which is provided at the end 35 of the upstream side duct member 30 and seals a space between an inner peripheral surface of the downstream side duct member 40 and an outer peripheral surface of the upstream side duct member 30. The downstream side duct member 40 has: a body 401 forming a passage; and a contact part 402 with which the seal member 50 comes into contact.
