To provide a drowsiness information service provision device of a passenger with improved accuracy of estimating a change in drowsiness of the passenger.SOLUTION: A drowsiness information service provision device 1 of a passenger comprises: an acquisition device which acquires a biological signal BS of a passenger of a vehicle 2 at the time of boarding; an estimation unit 12 which estimates a heart beat signal HS of the passenger on the basis of the biological signal BS; a calculation unit 13 which calculates drowsiness sign data DD about a drowsiness sign of the passenger on the basis of the heart beat signal HS; a state estimation unit 16 which estimates whether the drowsiness of the passenger has increased on the basis of current drowsiness sign data DDA of the passenger in a state where the passenger is currently on the vehicle 2 and past drowsiness sign data DDB detected when the passenger was on the vehicle 2 in the past; and a service provision unit 17 which executes control of provision equipment to provide a specific service to the passenger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
