To provide a high elevation angle taking-off/landing fixed wing type flight body that can take off and land at an ultrashort distance in an unmanned and manned fixed wing type flight body.SOLUTION: A high elevation angle taking-off/landing fixed wing type flight body 2 includes: one or more pieces of propulsion means; an airframe 3 having one or more fuselages 4; two horizontal wings 6 with a wing span b in the tandem arrangement; two or more vertical wings 7; multiple movable small wings 8; and leg-length variable landing devices 9 with four or more legs spaced at least 0.4*b in the left-right direction in a lower part of the airframe. The thrust weight ratio T/W of the high elevation angle taking-off/landing fixed wing type flight body is in the range of 0.5 to 1.2. The high elevation angle taking-off/landing fixed wing type flight body can take off and land with glide of an ultrashort distance in a hovering flight state with an elevation angle of the airframe as a high elevation angle attitude in a range of 10 to 90 degrees.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
