To provide a non-pneumatic tire having high visibility day and night while ensuring sufficient durability and the like; and to provide a small-sized mobility equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A non-pneumatic tire 100 comprises: an inner cylinder 6 attached to an axle; an outer cylinder 4 surrounding the inner cylinder 6 from outside in a radial direction, and having an outer peripheral surface to which a tread member 5 is fitted; and a plurality of connection members 3 connecting an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 6 and an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder. On a surface of at least one of the inner cylinder 6, the outer cylinder 4, and the connection members 3, the surface intersecting an axial direction of the outer cylinder 4, there is formed a visible region having optical characteristics such that: reflectance of light in a first wavelength region with a wavelength of 500 nm or more and 510 nm or less is 40% or more and 80% or less; and a reflectance ratio, as a ratio between the smallest reflectance in a second wavelength region with a wavelength of 420 nm or more and 650 nm or less and the largest reflectance in the second wavelength region, is 0.4 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
