【課題】被験者からの脳活動信号に基づいて被験者の没入度合いを判定する判定精度を向上する。【解決手段】没入度合い判定方法では、被験者の脳の中央領域及び後方領域の脳活動信号を検出し(S1)、被験者の瞬目を検出し(S2)、検出された脳活動信号に基づいて中央領域と後方領域との間の機能的連結性を測定し(S3)、瞬目を検出した時点から第1所定時間が経過するまでの第1期間における機能的連結性の有無と、第1期間以降の時点から第2所定時間が経過するまでの第2期間における機能的連結性の有無に基づいて、被験者の没入度合いを判定する(S4~S10)。【選択図】図5
