To improve mounting performance, assembling performance and a thermal capability of a vehicular temperature adjustment system comprising a heat medium circuit.SOLUTION: A vehicular temperature adjustment system comprises a refrigerant circuit and a heat medium circuit. The heat medium circuit comprises a high pressure-side heat exchanger, a low pressure-side heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor bypass pathway, a temperature adjustment instrument, and a circuit switching device including a plurality of valves, which is configured to be able to switch configurations of the heat medium circuit by switching flow of the heat medium using the valves. The heat medium circuit is configured to be able to set a series circuit including the low pressure-side heat exchanger and the high pressure-side heat exchanger arranged in series. The series circuit is configured to be applied to the heat medium circuit in response to respective switching states of the plurality of valves.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
