To stably perform a control of demand-supply balance of a power system performed with an accumulator mounted in a vehicle as a resource.SOLUTION: A power demand-supply control system adjusts a demand-supply balance of a power system by controlling charge/discharge of an accumulator mounted in a vehicle connected to the power system. The power demand-supply control system includes: an SOC management server; and a vehicle including the accumulator and an information processing device controlling charge/discharge of the accumulator. The SOC management server and the vehicle are connected so as to be able to communicate. The SOC management server stores a past utilization performance of the vehicle, estimates a power consumption amount in a single utilization opportunity of the vehicle based on the utilization performance, determines SOC of the accumulator of the vehicle based on the estimated power consumption amount, and controls charge/discharge of the accumulator so that the SOC of the accumulator may become the determined SOC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】車両に搭載されている蓄電池をリソースとして行われる電力系統の需給バランスの制御を安定して行う。【解決手段】電力需給制御システムは、電力系統に接続する車両に搭載されている蓄電池の充電又は放電を制御することにより、電力系統の需給バランスを調整する。電力需給制御システムは、SOC管理サーバと、蓄電池と当該蓄電池の充電又は放電の制御を行う情報処理装置とを有する車両と、を含む。SOC管理サーバと車両は通信可能に接続される。SOC管理サーバは、車両の過去の利用実績を記憶し、利用実績に基づき、車両の1回の利用機会における消費電力量を推定し、推定した消費電力量に基づき車両の蓄電池のSOCを決定し、蓄電池のSOCが決定したSOCになるように、蓄電池の充電又は放電を制御する。【選択図】図3
