To improve measurement accuracy of the brain activity of a driver generated by recognition of a change in an external environment.SOLUTION: A driver attention degree control method acquires brain activity information by measuring the brain activity of a driver generated by recognition of a change in an external environment at one or more of brain wave measured points PO3, POZ, PO4, O1, OZ, O2, P9, IZ and P10 defined by the international 10-10 system (S1, S2), estimates an attention degree of the driver on the basis of the brain activity information (S3), and enhances the attention degree of the driver when the estimated attention degree of the driver is smaller than a required attention degree required for the driver (S5, S6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】外部環境の変化の認知により生じる運転者の脳活動の測定精度を向上する。【解決手段】運転者注意度制御方法では、外部環境の変化の認知により生じる運転者の脳活動を、国際10-10法で定められた脳波測定点のPO3、POZ、PO4、O1、OZ、O2、P9、IZ及びP10のうち1つ以上で測定することにより脳活動情報を取得し(S1、S2)、脳活動情報に基づいて運転者の注意度を推定し(S3)、推定した運転者の注意度が運転者に要求される要求注意度よりも小さいとき運転者の注意度を高める(S5、S6)。【選択図】図7
