To evaluate an obstacle zone by target (OZT) and a potential collision risk (OZT occupancy) between ships navigating a sea area based on AIS data.SOLUTION: AIS data of ships navigating a sea area are acquired, one of a plurality of ships is defined as an own ship, and own ship data are extracted from the AIS data. Any other than the own ship of the plurality of ships is defined as the other ship that the own ship encounters, the other ship data are extracted from the AIS data, and the own ship and the other ship at the same time are paired. It is determined whether or not an OZT has the risk of collision for the own ship, and the other ship of the plurality of ships is defined as the next own ship, this processing is repeated until it is completely performed on all the ships that the own ship encounters, and a result of the computation of the OZT, for which the presence of the risk is determined, is outputted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】AISデータに基づいて海域を航行する船舶同士の航行妨害ゾーン(OZT)及び潜在的衝突リスク(OZT占有率)を評価する。【解決手段】海域を航行する船舶のAISデータを取得し、複数の船舶のうちの1隻を自船と定めてAISデータから自船データを抽出し、複数の船舶のうちの自船以外を自船が遭遇する他船と定めてAISデータから他船データを抽出し、同時刻における自船と他船を組とし、OZTが自船にとって衝突の危険性があるか否かを判定し、複数の船舶のうちの他の1隻を次の自船と定め、上記処理を遭遇する全船舶に対して終えるまで繰り返し、危険性ありと判定されたOZT計算の結果を出力する。【選択図】図3
