To provide a vehicular floor structure capable of increasing an absorption capacity of shock energy.SOLUTION: A vehicular floor structure includes: a floor panel that includes a battery placing portion where a drive battery is placed, and a recess portion where a battery auxiliary equipment is placed at an external side of the battery placing portion in the vehicle widthwise direction; a side member fixed to the lower surface of the floor panel inwardly in the vehicle widthwise direction relative to the recess portion so as to have a clearance from the recess portion; and a side sill placed at the external-side end of the recess portion in the vehicle widthwise direction.
