To provide a vehicle input device which enables a user to recognize button operation more easily when a vehicle vibrates, and to provide a vehicle input device.SOLUTION: A vehicle input device includes: buttons 3 provided within a room of a vehicle; an electrostatic sensor 10 provided below back surfaces of the buttons 3; a vibration detection part which detects vibration of the vehicle; a user detection part which detects a user in the room; and an operation recognition device 50 which recognizes touch operation in a predetermined operation recognition range on a surface of the button based on an output of the electrostatic sensor. The operation recognition device 50 specifies an operating user who operates the button based on an output of the user detection part and moves a position of the operation recognition range when an amplitude and/or a vibration frequency of the vibration detected by the vibration detection part is higher than or equal to predetermined values.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
