To provide an inspection/measurement device with which, available at low cost though, it is possible to inspect and measure a trolley wire height with high accuracy and high reliability.SOLUTION: Provided is an inspection/measurement device that inspects and measures a trolley wire height from a vehicle travelling on a rail, the inspection/measurement device comprising a reflection plate that is provided downward of the collector head of a pantograph provided on the roof of the vehicle, a laser length measuring sensor that irradiates the reflection plate with laser light and measures the distance to the reflection plate, and an arithmetic unit that calculates the height of the trolley wire from the rail on the basis of the distance measured by the laser length measuring sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
