To provide a ground control device which assigns routes to multiple trains to operate efficiently while preventing the route from becoming undefined.SOLUTION: A ground control device comprises a linkage information acquisition unit 31 to acquire linkage information including information on a ground signal, a holding signal and a direction of a point device from a linkage device 20, a positional information acquisition unit 32 to acquire positional information from a train 10, a storage unit 33 to store a route database 331 with route identification information, a block included in the route, directional information of the point device in the route, and the positional information of the point device defined, and a control unit 34 to give the route corresponding to the route of the train 10 to the train 10 so that the direction of the point device ahead of the on-rail position of the train 10 displayed in the positional information in the travelling direction matches the definition of the route database 331 based on the route information defined by the linkage information, the positional information, and the route database 331.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】経路が不定になることを抑制しつつ、効率良く運行できるように複数の列車に対して経路を付与する地上制御装置を得ること。【解決手段】連動装置20から地上信号、保持信号、および転てつ器の方向の情報を含む連動情報を取得する連動情報取得部31と、列車10から位置情報を取得する位置情報取得部32と、経路の識別情報、経路に含まれるブロック、経路での転てつ器の方向の情報、および転てつ器の位置の情報が定義された経路データベース331を格納する記憶部33と、連動情報、位置情報、および経路データベース331で定義された経路の情報に基づいて、位置情報で示される列車10の在線位置より進行方向の前方の転てつ器の方向が経路データベース331の定義と合致するように、列車10に対して列車10の進路に対応した経路を付与する制御部34と、を備える。【選択図】図1
