To restrain dry ice formation in a delivery pipe to smoothly perform liquefied carbon dioxide delivery work.SOLUTION: A liquefied carbon dioxide delivery facility comprises: a tank capable of storing liquefied carbon dioxide; a delivery pipe penetrating the inside and outside of the tank toward an upper part from a lower part, and for delivering the liquefied carbon dioxide in the tank to the outside of the tank; a pump provided in the delivery pipe, and for sending the liquefied carbon dioxide in the tank to the outside of the tank; and a pump control unit for controlling the pump so as to decrease the rotation speed of the pump as the liquid level of the liquefied carbon dioxide in the tank decreases, on the basis of the liquid level of the liquefied carbon dioxide in the tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
