To provide a technique capable of suppressing air leaking from a gap around a shaft section of a fin in an air-conditioning blowout port device including a frame-like housing.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning blowout port device 10 includes a frame-like housing 20 having a flow passage in which air flows. The housing 20 has: an overlapping surface 51 on which a fin 30 can be overlapped in a closed state of the flow passage; and a relief recessed section 52 which is recessed more than the overlapping surface 51 so as not to come into contact with the fin 30 when the fin 30 is rotated from a closed state of the fin. The relief recessed section 52 of the housing 20 and the fin 30 define a blowing space S into which air can be blown from a gap between the housing 20 and the fin 30. Either the fin 30 or the housing 20 has a barrier section 80 which prevents air flowing in the blowing space S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
