The blockage control device determines whether or not electric current value abnormality occurs on the basis of the electric current value detected by the power supply monitoring device, is brought into a first connection state by blocking the first switch when it is determined that there is the electric current value abnormality, and performs abnormality notification to a user terminal via the communication device when it is not determined that the electric current value abnormality occurs in the first connection state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
