To solve a problem in that even if abnormal noise occurs as a sign of a failure/abnormality, the abnormal noise is masked by a noise cancelling device to be hard to notice.SOLUTION: User information concerning a management/repair participant who involves in management or repair of a vehicle is acquired from a database (S1). When a foretaste of a failure/abnormality is detected from vehicle data (S2), an occupant is detected (S3), and it is determined whether or not the management/repair participant is included (S4). When the management/repair participant is not included, ordinary noise cancelling control is exerted by a noise cancelling device (S5, S7). When the management/repair participant is included, a noise reduction function of the noise cancelling device is reduced (S6, S7).     【課題】故障/異常の兆候として異音が生じても、ノイズキャンセル装置により異音がマスキングされて気付きにくい、という問題を解決する。【解決手段】車両の管理や修理に関与する管理修理関与者に関するユーザー情報をデータベースから取得する(S1)。車両データから故障/異常の予兆を検知した(S2)ときに、乗員を検出し(S3)、管理修理関与者が含まれているか否かを判定する(S4)。管理修理関与者が含まれいなければ、ノイズキャンセル装置による通常のノイズキャンセリング制御を行う(S5,S7)。管理修理関与者が含まれているときは、ノイズキャンセル装置の騒音低減作用を低下させる(S6,S7)。例えば、アンチノイズ音の音圧を低下する。【選択図】図2
