To transmit a backward impact load inputted to a front end part of a side sill to a rear side of the side sill, without increasing mass and costs.SOLUTION: A lower vehicle body structure of vehicle comprises a side sill 10 arranged at a lower part of the vehicle and outside in a vehicle width direction, in which a closed cross section 10s extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle is formed, and a wheel 6 positioned in front of the side sill 10. The side sill 10 is provided with a side sill outer 21 having a front end part 27 and a body part 28 positioned closer to a rear side than the front end part 27. An outer-side reinforcement member 50 having a shape formed along a front surface part 271 of the front end part 27 and a side surface part 24 is joined to the front end part 27 of the side sill outer 21, from the inside or the outside of the closed cross section 10s. A front end 42f of the body part 28 opposes, in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, to a rear end 54 of the side surface part 51 of the outer-side reinforcement member 50.
