To improve the air conditioning ability of an HVAC unit and enable air conditioning in a desired temperature zone at each of a plurality of air conditioning units with device cost reduced when temperature adjustment of blown air is performed at both of the plurality of air conditioning units including the HVAC unit.SOLUTION: A vehicular air conditioning device 1 comprises: a refrigerant circuit R; a heat medium circuit 10 through which a heat medium heated or cooled by the refrigerant circuit circulates; a first air conditioning unit that blows air, which has passed through some or all of a plurality of heat exchangers 81, 82 through which the heat medium in the heat medium circuit flows, into a passenger compartment; and a second air conditioning unit that blows air, which has passed through heat exchangers 91, 92 through which the heat medium in the heat medium circuit flows, into part of the passenger compartment. The heat medium circuit comprises a confluence path in which one of the plurality of heat exchangers in the first air conditioning unit and the heat exchangers in the second air conditioning unit act as parallel flow paths and in which the heat medium flowing through each heat exchanger of the parallel flow paths converges to flow through the other one of the plurality of heat exchangers of the first air conditioning unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
