To provide a rolling resistance measurement device that reduces a change in mechanical resistance to quickly make the mechanical resistance stationary in rolling resistance measurement.SOLUTION: A rolling resistance measurement device 10 includes a load wheel 80 that is rotationally supported by a support shaft 44 extending in a vertical direction via an upper side load wheel bearing 78U and a lower side load wheel bearing 78D, and has an outer peripheral surface 82S in contact with a tread surface of a tire T rotationally driven along a shaft line A in parallel with a support shaft 44, a load cell 54 that measures a load applied to the support shaft 44, a support unit 60 that drops and supplies a lubricant L to the upper side load wheel bearing 78U and the lower side load wheel bearing 78D from above in the vertical direction, and a heating unit 70 that heats the upper side load wheel bearing 78U and the lower side load wheel bearing 78D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
