To provide an accelerator erroneous operation prevention device having a simple structure and capable of being attached to a driver seat of an existing automobile.SOLUTION: A pole 2 is installed in a frame 1 attached to a floor of a driver seat of an existing automobile. A second accelerator pedal 4 is attached via a rotation shaft 3 arranged in the pole 2. An upper end part on an upper side of the rotation shaft 3 of the second accelerator pedal 4 contacts an existing accelerator pedal 6 via a compression spring 5. An inner wire 9 having the other end bonded to a brake pedal 7 is connected to an end part on a lower side of the rotation shaft 3 of the second accelerator pedal 4. When the second accelerator pedal 4 is stepped on over a compression limit of the compression spring 5, the brake pedal 7 is actuated to prevent runaway of the automobile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 簡単な構造で、既存の自動車の運転席に取り付けることが可能な、アクセル誤操作防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】 既存の自動車の運転席の床に取り付けたフレーム1に支柱2を植設し、支柱2に配された回動軸3を介して第二のアクセルペダル4を取り付ける。第二のアクセルペダル4の回動軸3より上側の端部は、圧縮バネ5を介して既存のアクセルペダル6に当接する構成とする。第二のアクセルペダル4の回動軸より下側の端部には、他の端がブレーキペダル7に接合されたインナーワイヤ9が接続され、第二のアクセルペダル4を圧縮バネ5の圧縮限界を超えて踏む込むと、ブレーキペダル7が作動し、自動車の暴走を抑止する。【選択図】図1
