To provide a railroad maintenance support system, and a railroad maintenance support method which can be formed at a lower cost, while considering relationship of maintenance of each facility and apparatus, with respect to a railroad in which two or more facilities and devices operate in association with each other.SOLUTION: In a railroad maintenance support system, a processor stored in a processing unit 113 estimates a deterioration prediction model 110 used for predicting deterioration of a railroad facility in which maintenance accuracy which is information about accuracy of maintenance of the railroad facility obtained by converting sensing data acquired from a sensor device of the railroad facility is set as an explanation variable for each of the plurality of railroad facilities, and stores the model in a storage unit (main storage (for example, a memory)) and an auxiliary storage (for example, an HDD)). In estimation of the deterioration prediction model, the processor performs processing which estimates the deterioration prediction model of a second railroad facility in which deterioration prediction of the deterioration prediction model of a first railroad facility already estimated and stored in the storage unit is included in the explanation variable, and outputs a whole maintenance cost due to the maintenance based on the deterioration prediction of the deterioration prediction model of each railroad facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】2つ以上の設備や装置が関連し動作する鉄道に対し、それぞれの設備や機器の保守の関係性を考慮しつつ、より低コストとなる鉄道保守支援システム、鉄道保守支援方法を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道保守支援システムにおいて、処理部113に格納されたプロセッサは、鉄道設備のセンサ装置から取得するセンシングデータを変換した鉄道設備の保守の精度に関する情報である保守精度を説明変数とする鉄道設備の劣化の予測に用いる劣化予測モデル110を複数の鉄道設備毎に推定し、記憶部(主記憶装置(例えば、メモリ)と補助記憶装置(例えば、HDD))に格納する。劣化予測モデルの推定において、プロセッサは既に推定して記憶部に格納した第1の鉄道設備の劣化予測モデルの劣化予測を説明変数に含めた第2の鉄道設備の劣化予測モデルを推定する処理を行い、各鉄道設備の劣化予測モデルの劣化予測に基づいた保守による全体の保守コストを出力する。【選択図】図1
