To provide a takeoff/landing apparatus for making a flight device take off/land, which can stably float on a water surface and which can move on water.SOLUTION: A takeoff/landing apparatus comprises: a takeoff/landing part for making a flight device take off/land; a plurality of floating bodies that have buoyancy for floating on water and that are connected to the takeoff/landing part; and a propulsion mechanism that is provided within each of the floating bodies and that generates a propulsive force in water. The propulsion mechanisms, which are provided within the at least two respective floating bodies generate the propulsive forces in directions different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
