To provide a wheel type work vehicle which has both of mobility and workability.SOLUTION: A wheel type work vehicle comprises: a controller controlling an actuator so that an outrigger takes a separate attitude that a float is separated from a ground surface, a jack-up attitude that the float is pressed against the ground surface, and an intermediate attitude that the float is brought into contact with the ground surface in the state that a tire grounds; and a switching operation device which receives an operation for switching the separate attitude, the jack-up attitude and the intermediate attitude of the outrigger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
