To effectively improve resistance of a rear side frame against load input due to collision of a vehicle with simple configuration.SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear part structure comprises: a rear side frame (10) extending in a cross direction of a vehicle body (1) on a vehicle width direction outer side in a floor part (2) at a rear part of the vehicle body (1); and a foil house (50) which is located outside the rear side frame (10) in a vehicle width direction. At least a part of a wall part (12) on the vehicle width direction outer side in the rear side frame (10) is formed by the foil house (50), and comprises a partition member (80) installed in a cross section of the rear side frame (10). The partition member (80) has one end in the vehicle width direction that is joined to the outside wall part (12) formed by the foil house (50) and extends from the outside wall part (12) to a front side of the vehicle body (1) and an inner side in the vehicle width direction, and has the other end in the vehicle width direction that is joined to a wall part (13) inside the rear side frame (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
