To contribute to reduction in call volume by predicting a call volume of a controller for air traffic control.SOLUTION: An information processor includes a prediction unit that predicts a call volume up to a predetermined time after a current time by unit time using the weather forecast up to the predetermined time based on a past unit time-based call volume associated with the reference weather, which is calculated based on a call volume of an air traffic controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
