To provide an elastic support member and the like which have proper spring constant in an axial direction and in a radial direction and can improve durability (abrasion, breakage and the like hardly occur).SOLUTION: In the elastic support member, a first protruding part includes a first butting end part that is butted to an end part at a first member side in a sleeve, which protrudes from a first flange part toward inside in a radial direction to form a first space between an outer peripheral surface of the sleeve and the part. Further a second protruding part includes a second butting end part that is butted to an end part at a second member side in the sleeve, which protrudes from a second flange part toward the inside in the radial direction to form a second space between the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve and the part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
