To provide a parking brake structure that can reduce the number of components and the weight with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A parking brake structure is applied to a vehicle (1) having driving force transmission means (17) for transmitting driving power of a power unit (P) to a rear wheel (WR), and a rotation member (18) around which the driving force transmission means (17) is wound and which is fixed to the rear wheel (WR). The parking brake structure includes a locking member (60) for engaging with the rotation member (18) to prevent rotation of the rotation member (18). The rotation member (18) has an outer peripheral end face that is formed with a plurality of protrusions (18a) for engaging with the driving force transmission means (17) and recesses (18b) between two adjacent protrusions (18a).
