To provide a window glass for a vehicle window in which bonding strength between a metal member and a resin molding can be enhanced while suppressing contact of the metal member with a vehicle.SOLUTION: A window glass 10 for a vehicle window comprises a glass plate 1 and a resin molding 2 provided at a peripheral part of the glass plate 1, and the glass plate 1 and the resin molding 2 are integrally molded products. The window glass 10 for the vehicle window further comprises a metal member 3 high in rigidity compared with the resin molding 2. The metal member 3 is, when the window glass 10 for the vehicle window is attached to the vehicle, arranged on an in-vehicle side of the resin molding 2. The metal member 3 has a through hole 3b, and the resin molding 2 comprises a metal member protection part 2b which fills the through hole 3b of the metal member 3 and further covers at least a part of the metal member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
