To provide wiper blade rubber that realizes compatibility of high attenuation characteristics effective in preventing noise and excellent low temperature characteristics while reducing environmental burden by restraining use of material derived from fossil fuel and using material derived from non-fossil fuel.SOLUTION: Wiper blade rubber contains natural rubber and modified natural rubber as rubber components, with a raw material ratio derived from non-fossil fuel being higher than 65%. A ratio (tan δ) of loss elastic modulus/storage elastic modulus in a measurement frequency of 10 Hz as measured using a viscoelasticity measurement method compliant with JIS K 6394:2007 has a local maximum in a range of -15°C to -35°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
