To provide highly accurate driving support for automated vehicles.SOLUTION: An operation management system for an automated vehicle traveling with reference to recommended speed data concerning recommended speeds set for each road includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring operation performance data collected by the automated vehicle in operation from the automated vehicle; a storage unit for storing learning data that relates incident data included in the operation performance data regarding an incident that occurred during operation of the automated vehicle and data of the condition outside the automated vehicle data regarding the exterior condition of the automated vehicle at the time the incident occurred, for each road on which the incident occurred; a generation unit for generating a prediction model for predicting the occurrence of the incident on the road in operation using the learning data, based on the data of the condition outside the automated vehicle in operation; and an update unit for updating the recommended speeds set for the road on which the vehicle is travelling in the recommended speed data according to the result of the prediction by the prediction model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
