To provide a sound absorbing board for an electric vehicle that improves sound absorption performance in a low frequency range of 1,000 Hz and a high frequency range of 5,000 Hz and above, which are generated mainly in the electric vehicle.SOLUTION: In a sound-absorbing board, a sound absorption performance with respect to noise in a high frequency band as well as a low frequency band is improved by using multi-layer sound absorption characteristics that change a frequency band capable of absorbing sound while passing through each honeycomb structure, by composing a honeycomb structure 200, a glass fiber mat 300, and polyurethane 400 on both sides with reference to a perforated plate 100 having sound absorption holes 110, respectively, and forming sound absorption holes 410 in at least one of the glass fiber mat and the polyurethane arranged on both sides of the honeycomb structure so as to penetrate one by one corresponding to each cell. In particular, the sound absorption band of a desired frequency can be easily adjusted by fabricating different diameters of the sound absorption holes that are formed to pass through the honeycomb structures arranged on both sides with reference to the perforated plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】電気自動車で主に発生する低周波帯域である1,000Hzと5,000Hz以上の高周波帯域で吸音性能を向上させる電気自動車用の吸音ボードを提供する。【解決手段】吸音ボードにおいて、吸音孔110を有する穿孔板100を基準として両側にそれぞれハニカム構造物200、ガラス繊維マット300、ポリウレタン400で構成し、ハニカム構造物の両側に配置されたガラス繊維マットとポリウレタンのうち、少なくとも一方に吸音孔410を、各セルに1つずつ対応して貫通するように形成することで、各ハニカム構造物を通過しながら吸音できる周波数帯域を変えるマルチレイヤー吸音特性を用いて、低周波帯域とともに高周波帯域の騒音について吸音性能を向上させる。特に、穿孔板を基準として両側に配置されたハニカム構造物に通じるように形成する吸音孔の直径を異なるように製作することによって、望む周波数の吸音帯域を容易に調節できるようにする。【選択図】図4
