To provide a fireproof plate structure which enables easy partial repair or replacement and is formed in consideration of the escape of steam occurring when a coolant is exposed to a combustion gas, and to provide a rocket landing pad.SOLUTION: An overlapping fireproof plate structure 10 includes: an upper fireproof plate 20; a lower fireproof plate 30 located below the upper fireproof plate 20; and a gap formation member 24 which forms a gap formed by a predetermined space between the upper fireproof plate 20 and the lower fireproof plate 30.
