To enable charging to be made based on an intention of a driver.SOLUTION: A processor of a charging management system executes processes to: acquire meteorological prediction information indicating meteorological prediction; estimate a reduction amount of SOC of an on-vehicle battery in the future in an arbitrary vehicle; acquire user intention information indicating user intension with respect to whether a user thinks much of charging a vehicle at a charging station of electricity generated from renewable energy; and derives a charging plan indicating a combination of charging timing and a charging station in the future which offers a relatively inexpensive unit charging rate taking into consideration the intention of the user on the basis of correlated information stored in a storage device, the acquired meteorological prediction information, the estimated reduction amount of SOC and the acquired user intention information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】運転者の志向を踏まえた充電を可能とする。【解決手段】充電管理システムのプロセッサは、気象予報を示す気象予報情報を取得することと、任意の車両における車載バッテリの将来のSOCの低下量を推定することと、発電の由来が再生可能エネルギーである充電スタンドでの充電を重視するか否かのユーザ志向を示すユーザ志向情報を取得することと、前記記憶装置に記憶されている前記相関情報、取得した前記気象予報情報、推定したSOCの低下量、および、取得した前記ユーザ志向情報に基づいて、前記ユーザ志向を反映した状態で充電単価が相対的に安くなるような、将来における充電タイミングと充電場所との組み合わせを示す充電プランを導出することと、を含む処理を実行する。【選択図】図1
