This charge management device is provided with a charge planning unit and a charge management unit. The charging planning unit creates a charging plan for suppressing deterioration of a battery on the basis of the power consumption of the moving body predicted from the distribution plan and the characteristics of the battery mounted on the moving body. When the remaining time until a target time for achieving a target power amount indicated by the charging plan is shorter than a predetermined first time during charging of the battery in accordance with the charging plan, the charging management unit controls the charging management unit to charge the battery on the basis of a reference battery power amount calculated from the remaining time. Whether a re-planning of the charging plan needs to be implemented is determined.
