To solve the problem that it is hard to realize the practical use of a larger artificial island because it costs to prevent the water leakage from the entire bottom side, like a ship and to obtain buoyancy according to an amount of water pushed out.SOLUTION: An artificial island can maintain a constant height relative to a water-level even when the number of structures increases on the artificial island by obtaining buoyancy from the structures by using a large number of rubber balloons as buoyancy and using lumbers for a structure soaked in water, and adjusting the number of the balloons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】船の様に、ボトム側全体を水漏れのないようにし、押しのける水の量によって浮力を得るのは、より大きな人工島になると、コストがかかるため、実用化が難しかった。【解決手段】数多くのゴム風船を浮力として使い、また水につかるところの構造物に木材を使うことで、構造物からも浮力を得て、また風船の数を加減することで、人工島上に構造物が増えてきても水位に対し高さを一定に保てるようにする。【選択図】図1
