To provide a crane that performs high-speed operation using remaining power of a motor during acceleration time light load, in which the crane shortens a braking distance from high-speed operation to improve safety of high-speed operation during light load, and expands a range allowing speed control that increases speed from rated speed to high speed, thereby making it possible to further shorten cargo handling and transportation time.SOLUTION: A crane that is provided with a high-speed operation function of hoisting speed during light load that rotates at high speed to a rotation speed region that exceeds a rated rotation speed where a torque of a hoisting motor decreases when the load lifted by the crane is light compared to a rated load of the crane, and when decelerating from a high-speed rotation state during the light load, a deceleration rate is changed briefly according to the torque of the hoisting motor recovering and increasing as the rotation speed of the hoisting motor decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】加速時間軽負荷時にモータの余力を用いて高速運転を行うクレーンにおいて、高速運転からの制動距離を短縮し軽負荷時高速運転の安全性を向上させるとともに、定格速度から速度を高速に上昇させる速度制御が可能な範囲を広げることで、荷役運搬時間の更なる短縮が可能なクレーンを提供すること。【解決手段】クレーンが吊り上げる荷重が該クレーンの定格荷重と比較して軽い時に、巻上モータのトルクが低下する定格回転数を超える回転数領域まで高速で回転させる軽負荷時の巻上速度の高速運転機能を備えたクレーンにおいて、その軽負荷時の高速運転状態から減速する時に、該巻上モータの回転数が低下するにつれて巻上モータのトルクが回復増大するのに応じて減速レートを短く変化させるようにする。【選択図】図5
