To provide a vehicle lower body structure capable of simultaneously achieving ride quality performance and EA performance.SOLUTION: A floor frame 3 includes: an opposing wall section 31 which opposes a lower surface of a floor panel 2; an outer wall section 32 extending from an outer end portion of the opposing wall section 31 toward the floor panel 2; an inner wall section 33 extending from an inner end portion of the opposing wall section 31 toward the floor panel 2; bolt holes 34 formed on the opposing wall section 31; holes 35a and bead parts 35b configured to reduce a dimension of the opposing wall section 31 when an impact load is applied from the outer side in a vehicle width direction and formed on the opposing wall section 31; and a nut plate 8 provided in a closed cross section of the floor frame 3. The nut plate 8 includes: side wall fixed sections 82, 83 respectively fixed to the outer wall section 32 and the inner wall section 33; an opposing wall fixed section 81 fixed to the opposing wall section 31; and folded parts 86a, 86b, 87a, 87b serving as deformation promoting sections configured to reduce a dimension of the nut plate 8 in the vehicle width direction when the impact load is applied from the outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
