To provide a loading structure of a tank which is capable of protecting very well by restraining the deformation of the tank when an impact is applied to a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a loading structure of a tank 10 installed under a floor of a vehicle, a suspension member 30 is fixed to a skeleton member 12 composing a body of the vehicle and a cross member 32 composing the suspension member 30 is disposed at a position ahead of the tank 10 and the skeleton member 12 and the cross member 32 are configured as a closed cross section structure when viewed from a front-back direction of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
