To provide an electric wire arrangement structure of an electric vehicle which can inhibit an electric wire from being caught between a frame and a dash panel during a frontal collision.SOLUTION: In an electric wire arrangement structure of an electric vehicle, an electric device is mounted on a frame spanning front side members and the electric device and a driving battery, an inverter for driving a driving motor, or a compressor for air conditioning are connected by an electric wire. In a plan view, a vehicle rear end edge of the frame includes: a first portion which is one of contact points of a tangent line which contacts with a contour of the end edge at two points; a second portion which is the other contact point; and a third portion which connects the first portion with the second portion. The first portion is located at one side relative to a center as seen in a vehicle width direction of the frame and the second portion is located at the other side. The third portion is located at the vehicle front side relative to the tangent line. At least part of the electric wire is arranged so as to pass through an area which is sandwiched between the third portion and a dash panel facing the third portion in a frame height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
